They expose just enough stomach without reaching the slut-o-meter. And they pretty much come in all colors, and patterns. Like nautical stripes, neons, etc. Rihanna is surely the redeeming Queen of crop tops, in my opinion. The crop top can be worn in a laid back style, or more of a put together look, say for an event.
